Return & Refund Policy
1. Perishable Items (e.g., A2 Milk, Ghee)
Due to the nature of fresh products, we do not accept returns on perishable items.
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to expected standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to share a photo or video of the product as proof.
If approved, we will issue:
A free replacement (where possible), or
A full refund credited to your original payment method or wallet.
2. Non-Perishable Products (e.g., Oils, Packaged Goods)
Returns are accepted within 1 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Return shipping may be arranged by VC Organics or handled by the customer, based on the reason for return.
Refunds will be initiated after inspection and approval.
Refund Timelines
Refunds to bank account or credit card: 5–7 business days
Refunds to in-app wallet/store credit: Within 24 hours
